We’re a husband and wife team with over a decade of hands-on experience leading a multi-million dollar home service business across multiple states. Along the way, we've learned that the heart of sustainable success isn’t just strategy—it’s people, leadership, and communication.

We’re passionate about helping individuals and organizations level up through clear communication, intentional leadership development, and smart, strategic planning. Whether you're growing your first team or scaling into new markets, we're here to walk alongside you.

Wes brings a Bachelor’s in Business and deep experience in leadership and operations. Kristy holds a Master’s in School Leadership and has a gift for building strong, healthy teams and creating a thriving work culture.

Beyond our coaching and business ventures (including real estate and our own growing companies), we love adventuring around the world with our four amazing kids, homeschooling, and serving in our local church.
