My wife and I had the incredible opportunity to join the Anchored in Love Marriage Retreat, and it was a truly life-giving experience. Even before we set sail, we participated in a virtual book club that helped us open up conversations we hadn't revisited in years. Those Zoom sessions gave us space to reflect, connect, and begin building relationships with the other couples we'd later meet on the cruise.

The retreat itself was such a refreshing escape from the busyness of everyday life. It allowed Erin and me to reconnect on a deeper level- mentally, physically, and spiritually. Being surrounded by intentional, Christ-centered couples who genuinely value their marriages, their roles as leaders, and their relationship with Jesus was incredible inspiring.

One of my favorite parts of the cruise was the day at sea, when we gathered for a "mastermind" session. It was such a fun and enriching time of sharing wisdom, learning from each other's journeys, and encouraging one another. There was something powerful about hearing from couples who had been married just a few years, all the way to those with decades of experience.

This retreat was more than just a getaway- it was a spiritual reset and a reminder of the sacred covenant we made with God and each other. We came back with renewed purpose, deeper love, and lasting friendships. We would absolutely do it again.

1. What can we expect from the retreat experience?

Expect powerful workshops, intimate breakout sessions, expert speakers, private discussion time, group excursions (if you want!), and plenty of downtime to connect—with your spouse and with other purpose-driven couples.

2. I see what's included...what’s not included?

Flights or travel to and from the cruise port
Travel insurance (highly recommended)
Optional excursions, add-ons, and upgrades not part of the retreat package
Personal spending and gratuities

3. Are the sessions mandatory?

Nope! This is your retreat, and we respect your rhythm. All sessions are highly encouraged, but you're free to rest, recharge, and reconnect however you need.

4. Can we bring our kids?

This retreat is designed as a couple's-only experience to focus on strengthening your marriage. It’s a chance to unplug and reconnect—just the two of you.

5. Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make the retreat more accessible. A deposit is required to secure your spot, with installments available leading up to the cruise.

6. Do we need passports?

Yes, valid passports are required for all guests, depending on the cruise itinerary. Please make sure yours are up to date!

7. What’s the cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens and plans can change, so we’ve designed a refund policy that’s fair and straightforward:

Cruise Refunds:
You may cancel your cruise reservation and receive a 100% refund up until November 10.

Retreat Fee Refunds:

100% refund available through August 8
50% refund available from August 9 to November 8
After November 8, retreat fees are non-refundable

8. How do we sign up?

You can register directly on our website. Spots are limited to keep the retreat intimate, so we recommend signing up early!

9. We’re a ministry couple and would love to attend, but the cost is a challenge. Are there any grants or financial assistance options?

We’re so glad you asked—your heart for ministry is exactly why this retreat exists. Yes, we do have limited financial assistance available through generous donors who believe in pouring into couples like you.

Please reach out to us directly so we can explore how we can support you. If our current assistance funds have been exhausted, we’ll still do our best to equip you with resources and guidance to help you seek outside support.
