Wes brings a Bachelor’s in Business and deep experience in leadership and operations. Kristy holds a Master’s in School Leadership and has a gift for building strong, healthy teams and creating a thriving work culture.
Beyond our coaching and business ventures (including real estate and our own growing companies), we love adventuring around the world with our four amazing kids, homeschooling, and serving in our local church.

In the beginning (before Kristy joined the company) it was just me, another inspector, and a lady in the office answering phones.
I realized if I didn't invest in myself as a leader, I was not going to be able to grow the company the way I wanted to.
I invested in a business coach for myself and was so encouraged by the results, I vowed to always keep learning and growing, and also to invest in the growth of others around me. That's where you come in!
